How to Return Your Products

Step 1: Complete the Equipment Shipment Form

This document will accompany your package upon arrival at our workshops to facilitate processing.

Simply download the equipment shipment form and complete it entirely before shipping.

Step 2: Pack Your Device Properly

• The device must be packed in its original packaging or equivalent packaging.
• Properly secure the equipment to prevent any damage during transport.
• Do not include accessories or chargers unless the fault concerns the power supply or accessory.

Step 3: Include the Necessary Documents

• The completed shipment form.
• The quote prepared by our team.

Step 4: Clearly Indicate the Destination Address

Affix the destination address visibly on your package to facilitate transport to our workshop.
