With the accelerated deployment of Navya autonomous shuttles on urban, industrial, and tertiary sites, the safety of passengers and surrounding users has become a central issue.
In the absence of an on-board driver, these vehicles must integrate reliable devices to quickly alert an assistance service in the event of an incident, illness, or malfunction. In this context, A2S Voice was asked to provide an emergency communication solution that is simple, immediate, and perfectly adapted to the integration constraints of autonomous mobility.
The main objective was to enhance shuttle safety by installing a VoIP intercom system dedicated to emergency situations. The device had to meet the following requirements:
